Things I’ve Done

• Wrote a regular, featured teen advice column for Acquire the Fire Magazine (David C. Cook).
• Wrote frequent humor columns and articles for Acquire the Fire Magazine (David C. Cook).
• Wrote for Christian Book Summaries (www.christianbooksummaries.com).
• Worked as an in-house freelance writer and editor for Miles Kimball/Walter Drake. Wrote and edited marketing copy for catalogues and was solely responsible for all online-only marketing copy. Conceptualized company tag-lines and aided in branding.
• Wrote freelance pieces for the Colorado Springs Gazette.
• Maintain a well-trafficked, semi-profitable (depending upon who you ask) blog.
• Consulted on writing and editing projects, ranging in scale and scope. Worked with publishing houses and authors to conceptualize and create books on a number of topics. (Contact me for more info.)
• Familiar and/or excellent with InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, and Power Point.
